To a few hundreds and thousands of people
Who orchestrated the big Indian Election Show
And, again, a billion thanks,
To those million who came out bravely to vote
And, a million thanks to those who tried but could not vote but still thought
Countless billion thanks to the Indian Election Commission
For the success of this election 2009
For this is the success of democracy-not just Indian
Still living
And giving hopes
To rest of the World
And to itself
that - World still is a better place to live
Let’s live and let others live!
